Nutrition encompasses your whole lifestyle. Joan Geisler is our in-house Nutrition Coach. She does not prescribe diets or a rigorous eating plan. You will NOT count calories, grams or points. Joan will teach you to read labels, make better choices, help you enjoy cooking and meal prep. She'll motivate you to develop and achieve your health goals. Her nutritional philosophy is simple, “If you cannot pronounce it, don’t eat it.” With your training you will receive 2 coaching sessions with Joan.

At Fredericksburg Fitness Studio we believe practicing healthy eating habits helps the body's natural ability to fight disease and boost metabolism. Our Healthy Happy Hours teach you how to cook simple wholesome meals to support your goals. Topics range from healthy eating on the go to the importance of protein. Space is limited to 24 participants-sign up early to reserve your spot! This event is open to both members and non-members, bring a friend!
