VIRTUAL NUTRITION COACHING AVAILABLE!
At Fredericksburg Fitness Studio, you will have 2 nutrition coaching sessions with your trainer included in your contract. These coaching appointments can occur either in the studio or virtually! These sessions are great for honing in on those healthy habits you need to create to achieve your goals! If these two sessions aren’t quite enough, check out our Nutrition Schools for even more guidance and education!
THE IMPORTANCE OF
By combining regular exercise with proper nutrition you will maximize results. Your trainer will help reinforce your new healthy habits as you work out. You will take control of your eating habits by learning the proper way to fuel your body.
INCLUDED IN ALL TRAINING PACKAGES:
Working with you to determine your nutritional needs (review past dietary habits, medical history, physical measurements, food preferences)
Helping you establish realistic goals, both short and long term
Providing techniques to stay on track with your nutrition goals
Constant review and hold you accountable of your progress until your goals are met
NUTRITION S.T.E.P. SCHOOL:
"STRIVE TO EAT PURE"
This course is made up of 6 lessons. Each lesson will be an hour long with additional information given as a handout as well as homework after each lesson. You and your trainer will review these lessons together, and they can be completed either at the studio or virtually!
The 6 lessons cover the following objectives:
Discuss the function and sources of nutrients as it relates to human nutrition
Understand the role and impact nutrition has on the prevention of diseases
Learn how to calculate daily caloric needs and macro nutrient goals
Learn proper label awareness when grocery shopping
Apply nutrition information into personal life practices.
NUTRITION S.M.A.R.T. SCHOOL:
"SIMPLE MEALS ARE ROUTINE TOGETHER"
This course is made up of 8 lessons, and you will participate in hands-on cooking! Like all of our other nutrition courses, this can be completed virtually or in the studio! This course is only for those who have completed S.T.E.P. School.
The objectives for this course include:
Prepare 15 simple meals and snacks to meet daily caloric and macronutrient goals in 30 minutes or less (start to finish)
Understand how to successfully meal prep
Learn how to prepare healthy snacks when on the go
Apply easy cooking methods into personal life practices
NUTRITION F^3 SCHOOL:
"FINE-TUNING FOR FUNCTION"
This course is made up of 8 lessons, and will occur after you have graduated from both S.T.E.P. and S.M.A.R.T. schools. Each week, you will have a weekly meeting with your trainer, either in the studio or virtually, to discuss any fine-tuning you may need! Each syllabus will be created specifically for you to make sure we are targeting your strengths and weaknesses so you may continue your journey to “Get Fit for Living Life!”
