THERAPEUTIC KINESIOLOGY TECHNIQUES
We all know the benefits of stretching but most of us fail to prioritize this component of our exercise program. We cannot extract the full potential of our strength and conditioning training without addressing stiff, tight and sore muscles. Failing to continually work on mobility and flexibility is opening the door to stiffness, poor circulation, and injury.
โ
FFS offers 30 and 60 minute private one on one assisted stretching and mobility sessions. These sessions are designed to improve your flexibility by lengthening your tight muscles. You will not break a sweat, the goal is to hold each stretch for at least 45 seconds focusing on releasing tension and improving joint range of motion.

CUPPING THERAPY
WHAT IS CUPPING THERAPY?
“Cupping therapy” is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping therapy, also known as hijama therapy in some Arabic cultures, is a fascinating alternative form of medicine that has received mention in historical accounts dating from possibly 5,000 years ago.โ
