Our Golf Longevity Evaluation Process
We combine golf-specific movement analysis, performance testing, nutrition, and corrective exercise to identify the physical factors that influence your game and help you play at your highest level for years to come.
• InBody Analysis & Gait Analysis: Establish a clear baseline with detailed body composition metrics including muscle mass, body fat, hydration status, visceral fat, and metabolic rate. We also perform a 360° gait analysis to identify movement asymmetries, postural compensations, and inefficiencies that may impact performance both on and off the course.
• TPI Golf Assessment: Using the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening process, we evaluate the mobility, stability, balance, coordination, and movement patterns most critical to the golf swing. This assessment helps identify physical limitations that may be affecting power, consistency, distance, and overall movement efficiency.
• Pilates Assessment: Assess core control, alignment, breathing mechanics, rotational stability, and deep stabilizer engagement. A strong and efficient core serves as the foundation for generating power, transferring force, and maintaining control throughout the golf swing.
• Corrective Exercise Session: Receive a personalized corrective exercise plan designed to address movement limitations, mobility restrictions, stability deficits, and muscular imbalances identified during your assessments. These targeted strategies help improve movement quality and create a stronger foundation for performance.
• Registered Dietitian Consultation & Full Program Integration: Optimize recovery, energy levels, body composition, and overall performance through a comprehensive nutrition review. Your nutrition strategy is fully integrated with your movement and assessment findings to support both your golf goals and long-term health.

Golf Longevity FAQs
TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) is a leading educational organization focused on the relationship between the body and the golf swing. TPI-certified professionals use movement assessments and golf-specific training to help golfers move more efficiently and perform at their best.
Not at all. TPI training can benefit golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players looking to improve performance, mobility, and longevity in the game.
A TPI assessment includes a series of movement screens that evaluate mobility, stability, balance, coordination, and strength. The goal is to identify physical limitations that may be affecting your golf swing.
Most assessments take approximately 60 minutes, depending on the individual and the depth of evaluation needed.
No, not necessary as our TPI expert will provide a golf club if needed for getting into golf posture.
If you have a recorded golf swing video, our TPI expert can review to identify common movement characteristics and determine whether physical limitations may be influencing your swing mechanics.
No. While simulators can provide additional data, many movement limitations and swing characteristics can be identified through movement assessments and video analysis.
Golf lessons primarily focus on swing mechanics and technique. TPI training focuses on the body—improving mobility, stability, strength, balance, and movement patterns that support a more efficient golf swing.
Improving mobility, strength, power, and movement efficiency can contribute to increased clubhead speed and distance for many golfers.
Many golfers experience limitations or discomfort related to mobility restrictions, weakness, or poor movement patterns. While we do not diagnose or treat injuries, improving movement quality may help golfers move and play more comfortably.
Your program will be tailored to your individual needs and fitness level. We can work within your limitations while focusing on safe and effective movement strategies.
You will receive individualized recommendations and exercises designed to address the findings from your assessment and support your golf goals.
Recommendations vary based on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Many golfers benefit from consistent mobility, strength, and movement training throughout the year.
No. Many golfers seek TPI training to improve mobility, balance, strength, durability, and overall movement quality, which can benefit daily life as well as golf performance.
