Jen Sawyer
I grew up in New England on a dairy farm in Maine, and eventually made my way to Virginia after living in Vermont and New Hampshire. I’ve been passionate about fitness for over 20 years, and I knew right out of high school that I wanted to dedicate my career to helping people move better and feel stronger.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Maine at Orono, and I’ve been personal training and leading group exercise classes ever since. What I love most about my work is guiding and motivating you on your health journey—there’s nothing more meaningful to me than helping you reach your goals and build a strong mind-body connection.
I work with all types of people and believe fitness should be a fun, rewarding experience. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I’m here to support you in reaching your full potential and living a happier, healthier life. I truly love what I do, and I can’t wait to work with you!
