Hi, I’m Zara!
A lifelong mover since the age of 7 in gymnastics and dance, and a believer in the power of movement to transform how we feel, think, and connect with our bodies. Dance has been my true passion for as long as I can remember. I was a competitive dancer for many years, and that experience taught me the importance of mobility, body awareness, and expressing yourself through movement. Staying active has always been a huge part of who I am, and I’m passionate about helping others experience that same sense of empowerment and freedom through fitness.
Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) was the perfect way to turn my lifelong love for movement into a career. My goal is to help clients feel confident, move better, and enjoy fitness in a way that’s dynamic and fun.
Outside of training, you’ll probably find me dancing, exploring new ways to stay active, or seeking inspiration from movement in all its forms. Fitness, to me, is about feeling strong, energized, and confident—inside and out.
