Summer Classes

This summer is an excellent time to experience a fitness class at Fredericksburg Fitness Studio! Give yourself the permission to indulge in an hour of healthy "you time,"  so you can start the weekend off on a positive note. Every Saturday from June 2nd to August 4 between the hours of 8AM and 10AM there are a variety of class options for a fun workout! Space is limited so you must sign up in advance - scroll to the bottom of the page to sign up online or call us at 540-479-1877. Each class is $25. We can't wait to see you in the Studio! 

Class offerings:

  • Cardio Pilates
    • Class Time: 8AM
    • Description: A combination of high intensity cardio with strength and toning activities on the Pilates Reformer
    • What to Bring: Water bottle 
    • What to Wear: Gym clothes, Socks with grips
    • The Following Date(s) are Fully Booked: June 2, June 30
  • Fluid Strength
    • Class Time: 8AM
    • Description: A workout class, suitable for any fitness level, which applies a mindfulness approach to body movements that focus on gaining strength while challenging balance and coordination 
    • What to Bring: Water bottle, *We will be using yoga mats - you're welcome to bring your own or use one of the Studio's 
    • What to Wear: Gym clothes, You're welcome to exercise in tennis shoes or socks with grips
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 
    • Class Time: 8AM
    • Description: An intensive, full body, cardio vascular exercise 
    • What to Bring: Water bottle 
    • What to Wear: Gym clothes & Tennis Shoes 
  • Barre  
    • Class Time: 9AM
    • Description: A fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training and ballet to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and posture
    • What to Bring: Water bottle
    • What to Wear: Gym clothes, You're welcome to exercise in tennis shoes or socks with grips 
    • The Following Dates are Fully Booked: June 2, June 9, June 23, June 30
  • Yoga
    • Class Time: 9AM
    • Description: A combination of physical exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress
    • What to Bring: Water bottle, *We will be using yoga mats - you're welcome to bring your own or use one of the Studio's
    • What to Wear: Gym clothes, you're welcome to exercise barefoot or in socks with grips
