Try These Healthy Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks!


2 cups cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (or mayo or cream cheese)

1/4 cup buffalo sauce

8 celery stalks


1) Mix together the chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and either Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, or cream cheese, and buffalo sauce.

You can also use a combination of Greek yogurt and either mayo or cream cheese for a richer flavor that's still light!

2) Cut the celery ribs into thirds. Stuff with buffalo chicken. Top with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
