Meet Our Instructors

Jennifer, Megan & Sara have studied to become Certified Reformer Pilates instructors under the FITour Teacher Training module. They have spent a combined total of 25 years studying to understand the movement of the body to achieve maximal strength, flexibility, muscular balance and endurance.
