


PRIVATE ASSISTED STRETCHING
We all know the benefits of stretching but most of us fail to prioritize this component of our exercise program. We cannot extract the full potential of our strength and conditioning training without addressing stiff, tight and sore muscles. Failing to continually work on mobility and flexibility is opening the door to stiffness, poor circulation, and injury.
FFS offers 30 and 60 minute private one on one assisted stretching and mobility sessions. These sessions are designed to improve your flexibility by lengthening your tight muscles. You will not break a sweat, the goal is to hold each stretch for at least 45 seconds focusing on releasing tension and improving joint range of motion.
