October 2016 Client of the Month
Jim started with us in March 2016. He came in looking for weight loss, strength, balance and flexibility improvements. Jim has had his share of pain and was looking for a healthy way to find some relief. When I started working with Jim I quickly learned he was eager to get results and work hard. He has been the ideal client, never complaining, and always doing his homework. Once the exercise was a part of his life and the nutrition started to improve Jim saw the pounds fall off. He is always impressing me with what he does on his own varying from buying AND using a bunch of home work out equipment and the miles he’s been putting on his bike getting up to 13 miles! In just a short time Jim has lost over 25lb and 7inches! I am very excited to be working with Jim on his health and fitness journey and look forward to his further improvements!
